There are no monthly fees and no hidden fees.

For each campaign you send with more than 5 recipients, you pay a flat delivery fee of $10 plus 1.9 cents per recipient.
Any campaigns you send to 5 or less people are free of charge.

Let's say you're sending an email newsletter to a database of 500 subscribers or customers. To send this newsletter, you will only be charged a total of $19.50. In comparision, if sent by traditional mail the 500 envelopes alone would cost 2-3 times that (let alone the cost of printed promotions!) so think of the cost savings you make, as well as the knowledge that your campaigns are targeted at receptive prospects.

How long does it take to set up an account and design a template?

As a rule you should allow 2 working days to have your free account set up and 2-5 days for a branded template when you decide on that option.
